It’s employee ownership month and we’d like to take the opportunity to recognize our very own Ben Smolinski for his contributions! Innovation is a core value at Western Land Services, Inc. – “We embrace bold new ideas and are unconstrained by the way things have been done in the past. We continuously reinvent our products and processes to serve our clients effectively and efficiently.” With that, we are proud to announce Ben Smolinski as the winner of our first Innovation Initiative. His idea to leverage existing technologies and develop a process to improve our abilities to staff projects across the nation in a more effective manner, will have a positive impact on how WLS does business. The WLS Innovation Team would like to congratulate Ben and thank everyone who participated by sharing their ideas. With this ongoing effort, we look forward to pushing these ideas forward and strengthening our company in the process!
