Tierra Fenix Land Services, LLC and Western Land Services, Inc., jointly Announce the Acquisition by Western Land Services, Inc. of Tierra Fenix Land Services, LLC, Expanding Leadership in the Energy Sector.

October 16, 2024 - Tierra Fenix Land Services, LLC (Tierra Fenix), and Western Land Services, Inc. (Western), today announced the acquisition by Western, a recognized leader with 50 years of excellence in the oil & gas, right of way, renewable energy and title sectors, of Tierra Fenix, an industry leader known for its commitment to land acquisition, title, leasing, and expertise across Texas and New Mexico. This merger brings together two of the industry's most respected names, enhancing their combined ability to provide top-tier land services to a diverse range of energy clients.
