Our Research Includes:
- Identifying and mapping project areas, including your land.
- Obtaining deeds and associated tax information to further identify land.
- Locating property addresses and phone numbers for necessary contacts.
- Checking for state or federal land bids and regulations.
We Will Meet With You To:
- Discuss the opportunity to develop your resources.
- Inform you of the benefits & effects on your property.
- Talk about the terms of the contract.
- Address any concerns or questions you have.
To Initiate a Contract, We:
- Prepare the lease, right-of-way agreement, or other related documentation.
- Gather required permits for land if permitting or seismic is involved.
- Sign the contract in front of a notary.
- Ensure all necessary signatures are collected.
During This Important Step, We:
- Perform title research to verify surface and or mineral ownership.
- Order payment if the title comes back validating ownership.
- Invalidate the contract & notify you if the title results are inconclusive.
- Work with you to cure the title discrepancies if needed.
Payment
To Issue Payment, We:
- Process agreement.
- Invoice the client for payment distribution.
- Once payment is received, we cut you a check.
If Assisting with Operation Support:
- Notify you before accessing the property and operations taking place.
- Represent your interests in relation to operational work, serving as liaison for surveying, construction, and seismic activities.
- Resolve any concerns or issues that may arise as a result of operational work.
