Job Description:
The BPO Technician performs various back office and administrative duties for internal and external stakeholders across a multitude of sectors: Renewables, Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Right of Way, Utilities, etc. Such duties may include communications; data, file, and records management; document generation; analysis; reporting; and more.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Uphold Western Land Services’ Core values in all aspects of work.
- File scanning and organization.
- Create and execute mail merges.
- Research landowner, county, and courthouse information.
- Prepare, package and mail documents, payments, and other project related materials.
- Perform data and document quality control measures.
- Confirming accuracy of project related documents and reports.
- Perform owner relations support by fielding phone calls from landowners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Participate in regular team and company meetings.
- Issuing payments and invoices.
- Recording documents, ensuring they meet necessary client, county, and state standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports for project tracking efforts.
- Maintain confidential source data within various database(s) to meet business needs.
- Build strong internal and cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to identify communication gaps and develop solutions.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Read and write in English.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with minimal errors.
- Motivated with ability to flex to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers.
- Retrieve, read, and interpret information from technical sources.
Required Education & Experience:
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Some college a plus.
